Breville Juice Fountain Compact Juicer

I own a Breville Juice Fountain compact juicer, and I have owned it for a year now. It is one of the best juicers I have ever used!
We make a lot of green juices, and the Breville takes anything we want to put in it, including carrots, celery, collard greens, parsley, apples, and spinach, among many other things.
I particularly like that it has a very good filter, which means that we never end up with any solids in our juice.
Green juice is not necessarily wonderful by itself, but when there are bits of mashed up spinach and carrots in it, it can be downright disgusting.
But this juicer never has anything of the sort. All of the juices we get out of it are as smooth as if we had bought them from a professional smoothie shop.
I also like how big the insertion hole, where you put the fruits and vegetables in. With some juicers you have to cut up everything into small pieces before you can juice them, but not with this one. Unless I have an exceptionally large piece of fruit, I can usually cut it into halves or quarters and get it in with no problem.
This juicer is fairly good for getting out a decent amount of juice; I have seen juicers that could extract more, but this one is fairly good.
It also has good safety features, i.e., the juicer will not turn on until the safety mechanism is locked into place, which prevents people from accidentally getting hurt on the sharp blades.
There are a few ways it is slightly lacking. It takes up about as much space on my counter as my kitchen aid blender, so it?s a pretty large appliance; it might not be the best for people who do not have much counter space.
Also, the juicing receptacle, where the juices run into, is only about a quart big, so if you want to juice lots of things at once, you will have to empty it out multiple times.
If you juice vegetables with relatively little juice content, like I do, you may have to open this model up and clean out some of the solids from the filter as well, since it can get overfull before the receptacle does. This isn?t likely to be a problem for most people though.
Overall, I really love it!
