Best Manual Citrus Juicer For Limes And Lemons?

I juice 100-200 limes and lemons a day at a Farmer's Market and have developed problems with my hands and arms using a hand held manual juicer, so I have to go to a different style juicer.
The juicer MUST allow me to squeeze directly into a 16/18oz plastic cup, not a collection cup, metal cup, etc.
It must be easy and fast to remove, rinse and replace the strainer/cup frequently.
It will be used on a folding table with a tablecloth so suction cup feet will not work.
Please compare juicers-What is the most 'efficient' citrus juicer worthy of comparison for your recommendation?

I gather you’re not switching over to an electric Citrus Juicer because of no electricity power available in the Farmer’s market.
