What It takes To do the Raw Food Diet Weight Loss Plan:

When Experts talk about the Raw Food Diet Plan, they’re referring to going cold turkey, or in this case ‘cold cucumber’ on a diet that is based on uncooked and unprocessed vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.

Here are the basics of the Raw Food Detox Diet -

  • No meat

  • No dairy & eggs

  • No animal products

  • No processed foods


Raw Food Diet Weight Loss Plan: My Personal Journey

In my case eating Raw Food caused Weight loss.
But before you throw out your stove and micro, you’d be surprised to know that I DON’T recommend doing the Raw Food Diet Weight Loss plan as a way to shed the extra pounds.

Why?

Going on the Raw Food Diet Plan requires medical supervision.
Don’t forget that Celebrities that go on a Raw Foods Diet plan have a team of professionals that monitor their progress.
Don’t be fooled to think you can take on a Raw Food Detox Diet with no medical monitoring.

I didn’t have the budget for professional supervision, so I never did the Raw Food Weight loss for more than a week.
Raw Food Weight loss can have some pretty unpleasant side effects.

On the raw food diet the weight loss I achieved was temporary as most of it came back when I returned to a normal diet.

If I would ever be diagnosed with a chronic disease I would go on a Raw Foods Diet for sure.

Eating mostly raw foods should be everyone’s #1 strategy for taking care of their health (and especially juicing raw foods…)

I believe it really does Detox the body and help it heal, but as a way to lose the extra pounds the Raw Food Diet Weight Loss plan puts the body under too much unnecessary stress and doesn’t really solve the problem in the long run.


Raw Food Diet Weight Loss Plan: What Happens In The Body

  • My body temperature dropped, so I felt cold most of the time

  • My blood pressure went down, so I felt dizzy a couple of times

  • My digestion was completely upside down. It could have been from eating too much fruit, or too much Avocado and nuts

  • I had a hard time sleeping (although I was very weak)

  • My appetite decreased and I had no sweet cravings, but all this high sugar fruit & veggies in my diet certainly had something to do with it

  • At times I felt very energetic

  • I lost 3.5 pounds which I gained back on within 3 weeks


Raw Food Diet Weight Loss Plan: My Raw Food Diet Recipes

I cut up a lot of salads.
I felt like I was eating all day, but I saw no other way to get enough calories.

I don’t like spending too much time in the kitchen, so preparing Raw Food Diet Recipes like flax crackers, dehydrated fruit and avocado ice cream was out of the question.

That’s when I started juicing. I found it so much easier than standing and chopping veggies for hours and then chewing all those salads.

I bought an Omega Juicer and juiced a lot of spinach and other leafy greens with bananas, grapes and mangoes.

I especially liked the natural sherbets I made in my Omega juicer with frozen bananas, grapes and mangoes mixed with spinach, parsley, wheatgrass and celery.

Juice high sugar fruit and veggies (beetroot, carrots, tomatoes) with an equal amount of cucumbers, celery, parsley, spinach and Sprouts.
